For the third time in a row, Realize organizes the ESB Summer Party and takes 450 participants to H’ugo’S Beach Club on Lake Starnberg. In this unique environment, ESB GmbH would like to thank its employees and their families for their commitment and success.
On a day full of activities for young and old, only the weather doesn’t seem to want to play along at the beginning. While the guests at a pizza live cooking station and a BBQ buffet get their money’s worth culinarily, the supporting programme leaves nothing to be desired. The sporty balance can be refined on the Stand Up Paddle Board and RC and electric boats can be brought up to speed. On the XXL football table, a winning team will be chosen in tournament mode under the enthusiastic moderation of sports presenter Markus Othmer and even the youngest visitors will have plenty of fun on this day and transform themselves into wild creatures or imaginative mythical creatures with their children’s make-up.
Realize also picks up the ESB staff enthusiastically in music and does not only enchant them visually with the ladies saxophone quartet Hot Sax from Munich. Interactively the next DrumEvent-Showact will present the challenge to strengthen rhythm and team spirit by drumming together in a very original way and turns out to be one of the highlights of the day.
Besides all these activities, the guests have the opportunity to enjoy a drink in a relaxed and impressive atmosphere on the beach or on the lake plateau of the Orange Beach, which belongs to the location. A dreamlike scenery, which may still draw every guest in its spell on this evening
But even the most beautiful evening comes to an end and so ESB and Realize offer the guests of this year’s employee party the chance to let it fade away at the EM Public-Viewing or dancing at the party in the ballroom with lounge and DJ.
Lots of choice, lots of fun, beautiful ideas and satisfied faces, ESB, Realize and Petrus made this beautiful day possible – a big thank you to all employees!
