Incentive – Welcome to the Eternal City
“Benvenuti a Roma!” – upon arrival the Eternal city is welcoming the participants with best autumn weather with 20 degrees and sunshine, espresso and gelato included. After a typical Italian break the group is chauffeured through the city on old-timer Vespas. Past the Colosseum, another ice cream stop at the Spanish Steps, Vatican, Trevi Fountain and last but not least Roman Forum. Doesn’t that make you feel like a real Roman?! To round off the day, the group is visiting an authentic Trattoria before heading back to the hotel.
On the second day every participant can choose their favourite activity: experiencing some of the many artistic and cultural highlights like Michelangelo at the Vatican or exploring the hidden gems of Rome. In the evening the winners are celebrated on the Baja Boat. They’re enjoying an once-in-a-lifetime gala dinner on the river Tiber in a breath-taking location which is restaurant, cocktail bar and boat – all-in-one.
Unfortunately, we’re already saying “Arrivederci, Bella Roma!” on the next morning. Though before the group is making its way back to the airport neat old-timers are taking the participants to the winery Santa Benedetta across the beautiful rural area just outside of Rome. To add to the authentic surroundings, classic Italian hits heat up the mood and various accessories are tried and tested in the VW busses. Upon arrival at the vineyard the participants are introduced to the secrets of cooking pasta by an authentic Italian “Mamma”. The pasta class, paired with a wine tasting, is great fun and when the self-made pasta is served in this storybook atmosphere every single one is happy and content.
Good thing that all roads lead to Rome, so all we’re saying is “A Presto, Ciao, Ciao”.
